In this class series we will work with different elements of our shadow in a way that is safe, approachable, and insightful. Much of our shadow-body is inherited from our ancestors. We will explore the stories that are alive in your DNA, and begin to rewire the outdated programs through guided journaling, movement, and meditation.
This 3-part series will begin with Security Wounds, move into Worthiness Wounds, and complete with Persecution Wounds.
It’s recommended to attend the whole series to gain the most benefit although drop-ins also welcome.
