In this week you will be guided through an embodied alchemical experience of the union of spirit and the body of the drum.
Gather with other magical beings and Birth your own Drum with ethically sourced animal hide during a 7-day retreat to connect with the earth, the animals and the plant medicines of the land.... We sit in the Circle way with others called to the central fire. We will sing, we will untangle our pasts and learn to reweave our presence in time with the heart beats of our earthly and cosmic grandmothers. This is a time to heal intergenerational and other traumas, to renew through the umbilical cord to mother energy. Each day of this 7 day retreat will connect with the elements- Water, Earth, Air and Fire, with ceremonies, foods and practices to reconnect with each element. Connect in to a way of being through purification ceremonies, daily yoga and Qigong.
This is a time to nourish ourselves through the healing aspects of food, communal support, and theta connection with our inner north star guidance to retrieve the rhythm of your unique heart beat through the portal of the hoop drum. The drum is a sacred gift from our blessed earth mother, it is a path of personal power and of re-connection.
Your Retreat includes...
This is a time to SLOW down, feel, deepen in, reflect and connect. The retreat is held in a vortex, surrounded by the energies of the West Elk Mountains ,the sacred waters of the Norfolk Valley, the animals, plants, the Elementals, and the divine essence of Pachamama.
Day 1: Welcome and Purification
We will gather together and then prepare our bodies and materials for our time together,
allowing time for rest, nourishment and to set intentions for this sacred time.
Day 2: Water And Drums
All life begins in water, so we will submerge ourselves and drums in purifying and life giving
water. hoop medicine and working with the portal of water.
Day 3: Earth and animal hide
Birthing your drum a weaving and sacred geometry of bringing the spirit of the hide drum to
meet its alchemical form and co create with this vibrational portal between earth and spirit.
Day 4: wood/wind
Movement and connection to energetics of lightning, spark and the fertile creative, this is
the yang aspect of the Palo, our stick and music maker, out on the land and traveling
through the realms of the psyche and soul healing
Day 5: Ether/Metal
Prepare to bring the medicine of your drum to the fire and retrieve your drum song by
connecting with your tools and a deep delta sound healing evening Ceremony to connect
with the Cosmic Grandmothers
Day 6: Fire
Complete your drum birth by adorning it with the elements and revelations you have
gathered then be refined in the final Fire ceremony.
Day 7: Reflections & Farewell
An amazing local chef will be hand crafting delicious, organic and mostly local sourced, breakfast and lunches during the immersion. This way you can fully settle in and be taken care of! You will be left on your own for dinners to collaborate with other participants or have downtime.

Shamanic Breathwork is a powerful tool for gaining access to answers just underneath the surface of your conscious mind. It serves to help you understand the patterns, blocks, and barriers that are ready to be released.
Small group journeys are incredible opportunities for planting, sowing, and harvesting the seeds of transformation. This sessions include an intro to breathwork, an approx 1+ hour breathwork journey, and group sharing circle. Andrea will be sharing her unique expression of this ancient lineage. Her Kundalini classes are based on the understanding that the modern practices are actually a sacred technology stemming from Ancient Egypt. Spiritual seekers transplanted these secret movements and rituals harnessing the Divine Creative Energy that dwells within. Migrating from Egypt to India, they became known as “Yoga”, and were taught only to the royalty. Modernized in the 1960’s, Kundalini Yoga was made accessible to Westerners, specifically as a tool to support the transition into the Aquarian Age.
Elemental Qi Gong with Jory Barnes:
Qi gong takes us into our intrinsic energy, or Qi, the life force that flows through our bodies and weaves us together with the beauty of world. In this class we will explore the classical 5 elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Akasha. By increasing our awareness of these energies, we can learn to utilize them for creation and transformation. We use the elemental pattern as a framework for deeper understanding of ourselves and the medicine we work with. These practices open awareness to the subtle layers of existence and give us access to the inner workings of the green world. The elements become tools not only for balance and wellbeing, but also for building a foundation for the aspiring healer or mage.

Willow will be leading us on a guided journey to establish more of a relationship with 'your dreamer', activating the relationship between worlds to be more lucid.
