The Dreaming room (Loft room) is a small private room (about 9x10 ft with a 5x9 ft sleeping loft with a queen mattress).  The Dreaming Room resident shares the main floor studio space (approximately 330 sq ft), and shared kitchen, bath, common area and outside yard. This cozy room is right off the common area and main studio. This space is $650 a month.
